a) General Terms

b) Payment Terms

Our invoices are payable within 21 working days, unless another payment timeframe is specifically indicated on the invoice or order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Anatolkin LLC reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the outstanding amount.

If payment remains outstanding for more than sixty (60) daysAnatolkin LLC reserves the right to engage the services of a debt recovery agency. All associated legal expenses and recovery costs will be borne by the client.

c) Late Payment

Anatolkin LLC reserves the right to suspend any provision of services without prior notice if the client fails to meet the payment deadline. Service suspension may occur until the payment is received in full.

d) Tax Compliance

Certain countries may impose withholding taxes on invoice amounts, in accordance with their domestic legislation. Any such withholding taxes shall be the responsibility of the client and must be remitted to the respective tax authorities. Anatolkin LLC will not be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of such national legislation.
